Can Cococart help with custom reports or data exports not available in my dashboard?

While many reports and data exports are available directly within your Cococart dashboard, some requests require additional manual work, technical investigation, data processing, or custom report generation from our team.



What Requests May Be Chargeable?

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom reports not available within the dashboard

  • Historical data exports requiring manual extraction

  • Specialized data formatting or transformations

  • Bulk data corrections or updates

  • One-time technical investigations requiring engineering support

  • Custom data compilations across multiple systems

  • Other requests that require manual work from our Customer Success, Operations, or Engineering teams


How Much Does It Cost?

Manual service requests start at USD 50.

The final cost will depend on:

  • The complexity of the request

  • The amount of data involved

  • The technical resources required

  • The estimated time needed to complete the task

Charges are calculated based on the hours required to fulfill the request.


What Happens Before Work Begins?

Before proceeding, our team will:

  1. Review your request

  2. Estimate the time and effort required

  3. Provide a quotation for your approval

  4. Upon receiving your confirmation, we will be sending a Stripe link for the payment.

  5. We will start working, and you can expect the output within 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity.

No charges will be incurred without your approval.



Can I Avoid Additional Charges?

Many reports and exports can already be generated directly from your Cococart account.

Before submitting a request, we recommend checking:

  • Analytics and Reports

  • Order exports

  • Customer exports

  • Product exports

  • Other available dashboard tools

Our team will also suggest any self-service options available before recommending a chargeable service.
