We often get asked why out-of-stock items are labeled as "Unavailable." Our team chose this term because it's broader—it can mean an item is temporarily out of stock, not currently for sale, or even discontinued. This flexibility helps accommodate different situations while keeping things clear for our users.
If you prefer to mark the item as "Sold-Out", here are the steps to follow using our customizable Product Labels.
If you have inventory by product
Go to the Products Page and select the product that has no stock.
Change the inventory to 0 and Hit Save.
Create the Label. You need to select "Add your own label" from the drop-down and update the title and color.
Don't forget to hit Save. This is how the product should look:
