QR Ph is a national QR standard in the Philippines that allows customers to pay you quickly and securely using any major bank or e-wallet app.
How can you activate?
1. Head to Settings > Payments
You should see this option to proceed:
2. Click Finish Set-up. You will then be routed to this window. You can then select Unregistered.
3. Click Activate. You will now see this banner prompting you to add your payout details. You can nominate a bank account or an e-wallet account.
4. Click Submit. QR PH, Maya and Bank Transfer via Bancnet will be enabled.
How does it work at checkout?
When a customer chooses QR Ph at checkout:
They’ll see your unique QR code.
They can scan it using any QR-enabled banking or e-wallet app.
You’ll receive the payment directly to your linked account — no delays!
How can I process refunds?
At the moment, QR Ph payments aren’t eligible for automatic refunds through Cococart. If you need to issue a refund, you’ll just need to send the amount manually to your customer using your preferred bank or e-wallet.
We recommend confirming the customer’s account details before sending the refund to avoid any issues.
📝 Notes:
The transaction fee for every payment is 1.4% + ₱15.
Make sure your linked account name matches your store or is recognizable to avoid confusion.
