What’s new?
The biggest change is the new left-hand navigation menu.
Instead of navigating from the top of the dashboard, your main tools are now always available from the sidebar:
🏠 Home – Your dashboard homepage and store setup
🔍 Search – Quickly find pages and features
📋 Orders – View and manage your orders
📦 Products – Add and manage your products
📅 Bookings – Manage bookings and reservations
📣 Marketing – Access your marketing tools
⚙️ Settings – Manage your store and account settings
This keeps your most-used tools in one place and makes it easier to move around your dashboard.
🏠 Your new Home page
Home is now your starting point when you log in.
When you open your dashboard, you’ll see a Welcome section with a summary of your store’s recent activity.
The overview includes:
Visitors — The number of visitors to your store over the last 30 days.
Orders — The number of orders received during the same period.
Sales — Your total sales for the last 30 days.
This gives you a quick snapshot of how your store is performing without needing to navigate through different sections.
Click the Bar and you will be redirected to your Order Page.
Recommended Tools
You may also see recommended tools and features on your dashboard to help you grow and manage your business.
🧩 Your Cococart Apps
Your Cococart apps now have their own section in the sidebar under All Apps. 🎉
Find everything your business needs in one place. Cococart offers a range of tools to help you sell online, manage in-person orders, and engage with your customers.
Online Store — Sell online with a fast and beautiful website.
POS — Take and manage in-person orders at your physical store.
QR Code Ordering — Let customers scan a QR code to place their own orders.

CRM — View and segment customers based on their purchase history.
Select any tool from your dashboard to learn more and get started.
🔗 Quickly access your store
Your store URL is now conveniently displayed in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Click the URL to open your online store, or use the copy icon to quickly copy your store link and share it with customers.
💡 Pro Tip
If you're new to Cococart, start with Home and work your way through the setup checklist.
A good basic setup includes:
Add products → Set up fulfillment → Set up payments → Test your store → Publish
Once those are done, you're ready to start sharing your Cococart link and accepting orders! 🚀
