Is there a minimum payout amount?

When it comes to payouts, many companies set a minimum threshold that users must reach before they can withdraw their earnings.

If you have a Stripe Connect account, please refer to the minimum payout amount required per country here.

If your payout meets the minimum required amount, please expect to receive your payouts following our schedule or Stripe's schedule.

💡 For merchants doing test orders, please make sure that the test order amount is higher than the total fees applied to the transaction.

If the order amount is lower than or equal to the fees charged, the payout amount will become $0 or negative after fees are deducted. In this case, the order will not appear in the Earnings page since there are no earnings to record.

For example:
• Test order amount: $1
• Platform/payment fees: $1.20
• Net earnings: -$0.20

Since there are no positive earnings from the transaction, it will not be reflected in the Earnings page.

To properly test the earnings flow, we recommend using a test order amount that is comfortably above the applicable fees. 🙏🏻
