Step 1: Log in to your admin dashboard and head to your General settings.

Step 2: Scroll down to the Customizations section and enable Customize your order form:


Add your question, a description (if you need to give your customers more context), and set the answer type. For multiple choice questions, you can allow customers to pick:

  • One option

  • Unlimited options

  • An exact number of options


  • A minimum number of options

  • A range of options

Step 3: Then select Add question if you still need more info from your customers. Don't forget to click Save to set your changes live!
