We understand how frustrating it can be when you encounter technical issues with your shop - especially when you're busy juggling your business. These issues may arise from bugs and require resolution from our backend, but in some cases, they can be swiftly addressed through simple troubleshooting steps.

Here's what you can do to try and solve a technical issue on your end:

  1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. Try accessing other websites or online services to determine if the issue is specific to your browser or a broader connectivity problem.

  2. Try using a different network: Internet connection issues can cause lagging, resulting in slow loading times and a frustrating browsing experience. Consider using a different network - it may just be your internet connection experiencing some delays!

  3. Clear browser cache and cookies: Clearing the cache and cookies can resolve issues related to stored data and temporary files. Access your browser's settings or preferences and locate the option to clear browsing data. Select the appropriate checkboxes for cache and cookies, then click on the clear button.

  4. Update your browser: Outdated browser versions may have bugs or compatibility issues. Check for updates for your browser and install the latest version available. Most browsers have an automatic update feature, but you can also manually check for updates in the settings or preferences menu.

  5. Try a different browser: If the issue persists, try using a different browser to determine if it's specific to the browser you're currently using. This can help narrow down the problem to either the browser itself or your system/network configuration.

  6. Try accessing your shop on a different device: Sometimes, things don't work due to compatibility issues (just like relationships). Try using a different device if you have one - sometimes, changes help.

If the issue you're encountering persists after going through all these troubleshooting steps, we're happy to lend a hand! Just send a message to [email protected]ย with the subject "Technical Issue".

NOTE: Please make sure to include as much details as you can, so we know where exactly to look! It's most helpful to include the following information:

  • screenshots or screen recordings

  • any additional information (order IDs if it's order-related,ย what you were trying to do before running into the error, etc.)

  • device and operating system

  • browser and browser version

Don't be shy! We're happy to check this out for you. ๐Ÿ˜Š
