We're leveling up our platform to make your experience even better. As part of these changes, there'll be a small tweak to our subscription pricing. We get it—cost matters, but we're sure the improvements will make your subscription even more worth paying for.

These upgrades aim to make your user experience smoother and more efficient, loaded with extra features you'll find very useful for your business.

What's going to happen?

If you've been with us since the beginning, you're probably still on the old pricing plan. We understand it's going to be a big adjustment, but don't worry, we've carefully considered all factors that are going to affect you and we came up with a plan!

You will be migrated to our new pricing plan starting 31 January 2024. If you're currently on a monthly plan, you'll still be paying the same amount you're paying now for 6 months so you have time to readjust and prepare for the new subscription fees.

On the other hand, if you're on an annual plan, you'll only have to start paying for the new pricing plan once your billing cycle ends. For example, if you subscribed to an annual plan last October 2023, then you'll only be charged for the new pricing plan on October 2024, but you'll still be migrated.

What's the reason for the price adjustments?

The main reason behind this pricing adjustment stems from our decision to eliminate auto-upgrades and sales limits. Yes, you read that right!

Recognizing that this feature has posed challenges for many users, we've devised a solution that strikes a balance and addresses these concerns.

Under this revamped pricing structure, you have the flexibility to select the plan that aligns perfectly with your needs, eliminating the need for automatic upgrades unless you require features exclusive to a higher tier. If your chosen tier already encompasses all the features you need, rest assured that you can comfortably maintain your current plan, regardless of your sales volume.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I change my plan at the end of the 6-month period?

    • Yes, certainly! You can manage it in your subscription page. It's totally up to you, but we recommend changing your plan afterwards, so you can maximize the features available in the plan you're migrated to at a lower price.

  • What happens if I cancel my plan when I'm on the new pricing plan?

    • Should you cancel your plan, you won't be able to access your dashboard unless you choose from one of our plans. Additionally, if you cancel your plan and you decide to resubscribe, you'll be paying the original price of the new pricing plan and you can't revert to the discounted price even if it's still within the 6-month period.

  • Will there be any changes to the price I'm paying right now?

    • No. If you're on a monthly plan, you'll still be paying the same price of your old plan for 6 months.

  • I'm on an annual plan. How will this pricing migration affect me?

    • For our users on annual plans, you'll only be charged the original price of the new pricing plan at the end of your current billing cycle. However, if you subscribed to an annual plan on a date close to 31 January last 2023, once your billing cycle resets, you'll be charged the renewal price of the new pricing plan, and not the old one.

      For example:
If you're on an annual Hobby plan that started last 2 February 2023 and your billing cycle resets this 2 February 2024, then you'll be on the annual Growth plan at US$348.

No worries though, you have until 28 January 2024 to let us know if you'd like to switch to a monthly plan before the migration.

  • Is there a free plan?

    • As much as we'd like to keep the Free plan, we've made the difficult decision to remove it.

  • In terms of feature availability, what's the difference between my current plan and my new plan?

    • You can check the features available in your new plan here in our pricing page. We've made some significant features available in the mid-tier plan, and we think you're going to like it!
