Why Can’t I Access My Dashboard?

The Cococart dashboard is now accessible only to merchants with paid plans or ongoing trials.

If you cannot access your dashboard or shopping features, it may be because your account is not currently linked to an active subscription. Here’s what’s happening and how to resolve it:

What’s Happening:

We’ve recently updated our pricing structure. As part of this change:

  • The free plan and old unlimited plan have been discontinued.

  • Access to the dashboard and shopping features now requires selecting one of our new subscription plans.

How to Restore Access:

To regain access to your dashboard:

  1. Log In: Use your existing account credentials. Please do not use another email as we will not see the payment reflected on the correct shop.

  2. Choose a Plan: You’ll be prompted to select one of our new subscription plans.


  3. Complete Setup: Once you’ve selected a plan, your dashboard and shopping features will be restored.
