Getting your domain has never been easier. Purchase it straight from your dashboard, and have it connected to your shop right away! 🥳
Head over to the Domain settings page.
Click on "Buy a Domain"
Type in the domain you want to purchase, and see if it's available. If it's available, you should be able to click on "Buy".
IMPORTANT: Read the Terms and Conditions carefully, so you're aware of what happens when you purchase your own domain.
After agreeing to the terms, you'll be led to the payment page. After confirming your payment details, you'll be led back to the domain settings.
Wait for about 10 to 15 minutes, then refresh the page. You'll then see your new domain in your settings, and it'll be connected to your shop too! 🥳

Frequently Asked Questions about Domain Connections
What happens once my domain expires?
Domains are annual purchases, and they expire on the same day the year after you purchase them. Once your domain expires, you'll get a notification on your dashboard to remind you that it's time to renew. You'll see this option in your domain settings by then.
Can I purchase multiple domains?
Yes, definitely! All of these domains will be led to your Cococart shop.
I already have a domain. Can I connect it to my shop?
Certainly! We're still working on making this possible to accomplish right under your dashboard, so for now, please reach out to us through the chatbot so we can help you with the process.
I already purchased a domain through Cococart before. Will it be automatically renewed, or will I have to renew it on my own?
Yes, you'll be renewing your domains on your dashboard, as we'll be migrating all users to this new process. Don't worry though, you will get a notification from us once you have to renew your domain.
I want to transfer my domain out of Cococart, how will I do that?

I want to purchase a .sg domain. Is this possible?
Yes, definitely! SG domains require verification, and if you purchase a domain through the dashboard, it will be registered under Cococart, so you won't have to go through the hefty verification process.
