How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Your Subscription Page is where you take control—choose the plan that unlocks the right tools and features to help your store grow and succeed.

Update Your Subscription

  1. Go to your Subscription Page to add/delete features on your plan.

    Click Subscribe to avail the features you wish to pair with your current subscription. 

  2.  Alternatively, you can also switch to our bundles to save more. You can browse them on the right side of the screen.

  3. When selecting your plan or feature add-on, make sure to check whether you've selected an annual or a monthly plan before clicking on "Subscribe."

    NOTE: If you're upgrading in the middle of your current billing cycle, you'll be upgraded immediately and charged a pro-rated rate for the upgrade.

  4. Click on "Confirm," then that's it! Your premium subscription has been updated, and you can proceed with using the premium features available for your chosen plan. 🥳
