How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Your Subscription Page is where you take control—choose the plan that unlocks the right tools and features to help your store grow and succeed.

Update Your Subscription

  1. On your Subscription page, click on "Manage Plan".


  2. Click on "Update plan" beside your current plan


    Note:
    If you're on a Custom Domain subscription, be sure to update your Premium Plan, not the Custom Domain subscription. Updating the wrong one may create two active subscriptions on your account, which can lead to missing features.

  3. You'll then be led to a page where you can choose the plan you'd like to be on

  4. When selecting your plan, make sure to check whether you've selected an annual or a monthly plan before clicking on "Continue."


    NOTE: If you're upgrading in the middle of your current billing cycle, you'll be upgraded immediately and charged a pro-rated rate of the upgrade.

  5. Click on "Confirm," then that's it! Your premium subscription has been updated, and you can proceed with using the premium features available for your chosen plan. 🥳
