How do I cancel my subscription?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and it becomes necessary to cancel your subscription. We've made the process as smooth as possible for you! Whether you're looking to end a subscription to manage your expenses or explore other options, we've got you covered. 😊

How do I cancel my Free Trial, Custom Domain, or Premium Subscription?

  1. Head to your Settings tab and click on the Subscription tab:

  2. Click on "Manage Billing" 

  3. You'll be led to your subscription page, where you'll see the option to cancel your plan. Click on "Cancel Subscription" to proceed. Please make sure you're cancelling the correct subscription type.

  4. Proceed with the cancellation confirmation and press Cancel Subscription after double-checking the details. 

  5. Your plan will then be canceled at the end of your current billing period. Afterwards, you will have to resubscribe to regain access to your account, and your shop will appear as closed, so your customers won't be able to place any orders.


How do I cancel add-ons?

  1. Head to your Settings tab and click on the Subscription tab:

2. Select the add-on you want to cancel by clicking the three dots next to it.
This example is the cancellation of POS Pro:

3. A confirmation window will appear. The cancellation only applies on the end of the current cycle. Click Confirm to proceed.

4. Cancelled add-ons will have a Resubscribe button beside them.


🚩 Important Details – Please Read

  • Merchants are solely responsible for managing their subscription plans and cancellations.

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Cancelling in the middle of a cycle does not entitle you to a refund.

  • If you cancel before your next billing date, you’ll continue to have full access until the end of your current period, regardless of whether your plan is monthly or annual.

  • If you cancel your 14-day trial before it ends, you will still have access until the 14th day. Afterward, you'll have to choose from any of our plans to continue using your Cococart shop.

We’ve designed our platform and service commitments around active subscriptions. Because features, infrastructure, and support are provided continuously, we cannot prorate or refund fees after a billing period begins.
