To ensure transparency, this article explains Cococart’s subscription refund policy. Once a billing cycle begins, subscription fees are non-refundable, and charges from accidental or mistaken upgrades are not eligible for refunds.

🛑 No Refunds Mid-Cycle

Once your subscription billing period has started (whether monthly or annual), all subscription fees are non-refundable.

In simple terms: if you decide to cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you won’t get any money back for the remainder of that cycle.

👉 You can cancel at any time, but the cancellation only takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, your access continues as usual — and no refund will be issued for the current period.

❗ No Refunds for Mistaken Upgrades

We also want to be clear about plan changes:

  • If you accidentally upgrade your subscription and are charged for a higher plan, that amount is not refundable.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and the fees you pay reflect the new plan you’ve chosen — this is part of how we deliver continuous service.

We do not issue refunds simply because a billing decision was made in error.

💡 Why This Policy Exists

Subscriptions give you access to our platform, tools, infrastructure, and support — all provided continuously throughout your billing period. Because value is delivered from the moment your plan renews, we cannot prorate or refund fees once a period has begun.

🧾 What You Can Do

  • If you don’t want to be charged for the next cycle, make sure to cancel before the next billing date.

  • Your features and access remain active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

If you need help understanding your billing date, cancelling, or choosing the right plan, our support team is always happy to help. Just reach out! 😊
