If you see "Please review this address" or "Error: Given latitude/longitude is out of service area." when booking a Lalamove delivery, it means Lalamove couldn't validate one of the addresses or the location isn't within their supported service area.
Why does this happen?
This can occur for a few reasons:
The pickup or delivery address isn't recognised correctly by Google Maps.
The address is missing important details such as the postal code, unit number, or building name.
The location pin resolves to coordinates outside Lalamove's supported delivery zones.
The address contains formatting or spelling issues that prevent Lalamove from validating it.
The selected pickup or drop-off location is genuinely outside Lalamove's current service coverage.
How do I fix it?
Double-click the address field for the order(s) to edit.
Start typing the address manually.
Select the suggested address from the Google-powered autocomplete list.
Try booking the delivery again.
Using one of the suggested addresses ensures Lalamove receives a validated location, which usually resolves the error.
