How do I permanently delete my shop?

This guide explains what happens when your shop is deleted, what information will be removed, and how to submit your request.

If you no longer wish to use your Cococart shop, you can request a permanent deletion by contacting our team.

Before you request shop deletion

Deleting your shop is permanent. Once completed:

  • Once your request has been processed, all data associated with your shop—including your products, orders, customers, analytics, settings, and other information collected while using Cococart—will be permanently deleted from our platform.

  • This action cannot be undone, and we will not be able to restore or recover your data after the deletion is complete.

  • If your shop has been indexed by search engines such as Google, it may continue to appear in search results for a short period after deletion. Search engines typically refresh their indexes within approximately 7 days, after which your shop listing should no longer appear.


How to request shop deletion

Please contact our team through the in-app chat or Help Center and let us know that you'd like to permanently delete your shop.

To help us process your request faster, please include:

  • Your shop name or shop URL

  • The email address associated with your Cococart account

  • A confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent and irreversible

Once we've verified your request, we'll proceed with permanently deleting your shop and notify you via email once it's complete. 😊
