How do I log in using a code?

You can now log in to your Cococart account without entering your password. Simply request a one-time six-digit code, enter it on the login page, and you're in! This article walks you through how to use the code to securely access your account.

How to log in using a code

  1. Go to the Cococart login page and enter the email address associated with your account.

  2. Instead of entering your password, click Send a Code.
    ​

  3. Check your email for a six-digit login code from Cococart.
    ​

  4. Enter the six-digit code in the number field on the login page.
    ​

  5. Once the code is verified, you'll be logged in to your Cococart account. 🎉

⏱ About your login code

  • Your login code is six digits long.

  • The code can only be used once.

  • Your code will expire after 15 minutes.

  • If you don't receive the email, you can request a new code after the resend wait time.

  • Each new code replaces the previous code.

Didn't receive the code?

If the email doesn't arrive:

  1. Check your Spam or Junk folder.

  2. Make sure you're checking the email address associated with your Cococart account.

  3. Wait for the resend timer to finish, then click Resend Code.

  4. If you still can't log in, contact our Support team for help.

🔑 Prefer to use your password?

You can still log in using your password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long.

💡 Tip: Never share your login code with anyone. Cococart Support will never ask you to provide your one-time login code.
