Find your unique referral link on the Referral page in your Cococart dashboard.
Share your link
Send it to merchants you know through your personal channels, such as social media, your website, blog, or newsletter.
Your referral signs up
The merchant must use your referral link when creating a new Cococart account.
They subscribe to a paid plan
Your referral becomes eligible once they subscribe to a paid Cococart plan.
You earn rewards
You earn 20% of their standard monthly plan price for each qualifying monthly payment, up to US$200 per referred merchant.
What does my referral get?
Your referred merchant receives 20% off their first month of a paid Cococart subscription.
The discount:
Applies to the subscription fee only.
Does not apply to transaction fees, apps, themes, domains, add-ons, or taxes.
Can be used once per merchant.
How much can I earn?
You earn 20% of the standard monthly plan price, even if your referral receives a discount.
For example:
Your referral is on a US$50/month plan.
They receive 20% off their first month and pay US$40.
You still earn US$10 (20% of the US$50 standard price).
You can earn up to US$200 per referred merchant.
Note: Rewards are available only for monthly subscription payments. Annual plan payments do not earn referral rewards.
When do I get paid?
Each reward is held for 30 days after the qualifying payment.
Once the 30-day hold has passed, the reward becomes available as long as the payment has not been refunded or charged back.
Payout requirements
Your available balance must reach US$20.
Payouts are made every billing cycle.
Balances below US$20 carry over to the next payout.
You must have valid payout details on file.
Bank or payment-provider fees are your responsibility.
Rewards are calculated in US dollars. If your payout is made in another currency, we convert it using our standard exchange rate on the payout date.

To earn rewards, you must:
Have an active Cococart merchant account in good standing.
Be subscribed to a paid Cococart plan.
Have no overdue balance.
Follow the Referral Program Terms and Cococart's Terms of Service.
Your referral
Your referral must:
Be completely new to Cococart.
Never have had a Cococart account before.
Be a separate business from you.
Sign up through your referral link.
Subscribe to a paid Cococart plan.
You cannot refer yourself, your own businesses, or businesses under common ownership or control.
How is my referral tracked?
When someone opens your referral link, we save a referral cookie for 7 days.
For the referral to be tracked:
They must create their account within those 7 days.
They must use the same browser and device.
The referral must be tracked during the sign-up process.
If they leave and later return directly by typing Cococart's website address or using a bookmark, the referral can still be credited.
If they return through another source, such as a search engine, advertisement, or another website, the referral may not be credited.
💡 Important: We cannot add a referral after an account has already been created.
Tracking may also fail if cookies are blocked, cleared, or affected by private browsing or other technical issues.
Where can I share my referral link?
The referral program is designed for genuine, personal recommendations.
You can share your link:
Directly with people you know
On your own social media accounts
On your own website or blog
In your own newsletter
When sharing your link, make it clear that you may receive a reward if someone signs up through it.
🚫 Prohibited activities
We actively monitor referral activity for fraud, abuse, and violations of these Terms. If we identify suspicious or fraudulent activity, we may withhold, cancel, or claw back referral rewards, disqualify referrals, and/or suspend or terminate your participation in the Referral Program. In serious or repeated cases, we may also take further action under our Terms of Service.
The following activities are prohibited:
Run paid ads for your referral link or Cococart.
Use Cococart's name or trademarks in ads or domain names.
Claim to be an official Cococart employee, partner, or reseller.
Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
Use purchased or scraped contact lists.
Post your referral link on coupon, cashback, deal, or voucher websites.
Offer cash or other incentives for signing up through your link.
Make misleading claims about Cococart or its pricing.
Create accounts or use bots, scripts, or other methods to generate fake referrals.
If we find fraudulent or abusive activity, we may cancel the affected referrals and rewards. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination from the Referral Program.
What happens if a referral cancels?
Rewards stop if your referral:
Cancels their subscription.
Moves to a free plan.
Stops paying.
Closes their account.
If they later return to a paid plan, rewards can resume until the US$200 limit is reached.
What happens if I cancel my Cococart plan?
If you cancel, move to a free plan, or fail to pay your Cococart subscription:
Your referrals end permanently.
Pending rewards are forfeited.
Resubscribing later does not restore previous referrals.
Can I leave the referral program?
Yes. You can stop participating at any time.
If you leave the program, pending rewards and available balances below US$20 are forfeited. Available balances of US$20 or more will be paid in the next scheduled payout, unless they are being withheld because of a violation.
Referral Program Terms
By participating, you agree to the full Cococart Merchant Referral Program Terms, including rules on eligibility, tracking, rewards, promotion, fraud, payouts, taxes, privacy, and termination.
Cococart may review referrals and withhold or cancel rewards if we reasonably believe the program rules have been violated.
