You can set your product variants or collect additional info for your products by clicking on the product you'd like to edit, then you'll be brought to the product details page.
At the bottom of the page, you'll see the Variants and Customize product sections.
Variants
Product variants are different types of your specific product. For example, your product is a cookie. Under cookies, you have a Chocolate Chip variant and a Double Chocolate Chip variant.
Other ideas for product variants can be more flavors, different sizes, or add-ons!
Customize product (collecting additional info)
...But what if your customers can choose a size and a flavor for one product? This is where customizing your product comes in handy.
This enables you to ask customers more questions about the product they've selected. So if your customer has selected Chocolate Chip as a variant, you can ask them what size they'd prefer under Customize product.
If different sizes mean different prices, set a surcharge or an increased price for each. You can also make sure that customers let you know their preferred choice by enabling the Answer required option.
To add more questions about your product, click the Add Question button underneath the Customize product section.
Then you can mix and match variants and additional info as you please!
How can I change the order of the variants and questions?
You asked, we listened! 🎉
You can now easily rearrange the order of your variants and customizations—just click the up and down arrows to move things around. Simple as that!

💡Tip:
Variants are best for different types of one product, while additional info enables you to collect more information for that variant (or across different products)!
You can also use Additional Info to ask your customers about the packaging, or if they want any add-ons (candles, ribbons, extra large packaging, etc.).
