The FAQ page is the go-to destination for finding answers to specific questions about your product or business operation. This is the best way to inform your customers about your cancellation, refund, and return policy as well as product information, availability, and shipment limitations (if any).
Here's how to set it up:
Go to Appearance under your Settings tab > Website
Scroll down and find the FAQ section.
βClick on Add FAQ to start. You can add as many questions and answers as needed.
βDo not forget to hit Save to complete the setup. π
