Redeeming loyalty points through the Cococart Customer Display is simple and user-friendly. Follow the steps below to allow in-store customers to enroll and redeem their points to enjoy discounts on every visit.

Once the Customer Display is connected, you can collect the orders as usual but if your Loyalty program is enabled, you will see this screen:
How to enroll the customer in the Loyalty Program
The customer should key in their phone number and click the check button.
After adding the details, they will receive an SMS from Cococart with the verification link. They need to click the link to open a new browser.
The customer will be asked for their email address to complete the signup.
Once verified, the sign-up is confirmed and the Customer Display Screen will automatically refresh.
5. The Customer Display will now show the available points and the redeemable rewards available.
How to redeem points in the Loyalty Program
Your customers can now proceed to click the reward they wish to redeem and apply it to the current transaction. The system will prompt the POS Device to approve the redeemed points and apply them to the total.
2. Once approved, the discount shall be applied to the total and the redeemable rewards on the right side of the screen will be disabled.
3. Your customers can now proceed to pay in whichever mode of payment they prefer.
