What is the Cococart Customer Display?

The Customer Display is our new feature that allows businesses using Cococart to provide customers with a real-time, interactive view of their orders.

To try it in your shop, please contact our team, and we’ll enable the feature for you.

Here's how you can get started:

  1. Download the CDS app on the Apple Store.

  2. You can see the instructions on how to connect once the app opens.

  3. The connection code will appear on the POS device. You can check it by going to More > Hardware > Customer Display.

  4. You can key in the code to connect.

  5. Once the connection is successful, it will show the connected device under the Customer display.

  6. This is the CDS welcome screen which your customers will see.

  7. When you key in an order, they will see the items displayed too.


  8. Once payment is made, the customer has the option to receive the receipt via email. They can input their email address into the screen.

9. Once the transaction is done, they can see this page.


🚩 Limitation

  • The Cococart Customer Display is currently available using an iPad.

  • You can use any device for the POS connection as long as the CDS is running on an iPad. (Mobile iOS + iPad, Mobile Android + iPad, iPad + iPad, Android tablet + iPad)

  • You have to make sure that both devices share the same WIFI connection.
