How do I update my store details?

Keeping your store details up to date is essential to ensure customers have accurate information about your business. Here's a step-by-step guide to updating your store details:

Store Details

Under your General settings, you can change basic info by clicking Store Details.


Contact and notifications

Stay updated with your store activity by enabling browser notifications. You’ll receive instant alerts for new orders, messages, and updates directly on your screen — even when you’re not on your dashboard.


Domain

Under Website > Domain, you can purchase your own .com link and enable the Browser icon to use your logo:



Notifications & Private Mode

You can also enable WhatsApp ordering for manual payments.

If you need to make a few tweaks before setting your store live, enable Private mode.

For any changes, don't forget to click Save at the bottom of the page!


Customize Your Order Form

Under Online Store > Customize your order form, you can personalize your shop experience to fit your customers' needs by asking them for more information about their order:

Send Gift Orders

Under this option, found under Customize your order form, you can allow customers to send their orders as a gift. They can even leave a personalized message that will be included in a card 😊
