Can I pass the transaction fees to my customers?
Yes, you can pass transaction fees on to your customers. This will be shown as an additional charge before checkout and will be applied to all enabled modes of payment.
To proceed:
Go to the Payments page.
Enable the toggle for Customer pays transaction fees.
Click Save to apply the changes.

If the “Customer Pays Transaction Fees” toggle is on, PayNow payments will never pass fees to customers — in line with ABS rules that prohibit adding fees or surcharges to PayNow transactions.
