Automated payments reduce the need for manual payment processing, which saves time and resources for both the e-commerce business and the customer.
Here's how you can enable them in your shop:
Go to Settings > Payments
Toggle on your preferred payment method from the list.
Choose "Automated", then add your payout details.
Hit Save to complete the set-up.
Important Things to Remember:
Automated payments are enabled by default. If you've previously disabled this option but have received payments from customers through it, make sure to switch it back on to receive your payouts.
Our Credit Card payments are authenticated and verified by Stripe, while bank transfers and other wallets are verified by Rapyd. To know when you will receive your payouts, check this article out.
Your customers must complete their payments within 30 minutes for their orders to be automatically approved. If the customer fails to pay within the limit, the transaction will be automatically rejected by the system.
