How do daily sales email reports work?

Daily sales email reports let you automatically receive a summary of your shop’s sales performance via email. This helps you stay updated on how your business is doing without needing to log in to the dashboard every day.

Reports are configurable, sent based on your shop’s timezone, and will only be delivered when there are sales to report.

Where can I manage my email report settings?

You can manage your email report settings directly from your Analytics page:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Analytics.

  3. Click Email Report.

    From here, you can update the report schedule and email recipients at any time.


When are the reports sent?

  • Each report includes sales from the previous 24 hours, based on your shop’s timezone.

  • You can choose to send reports at any of the following times:

    • 12:00 AM, 12:30 AM, 1:00 AM, … up to 11:30 PM

  • Default schedule: 12:00 AM

Note: The email report will only be sent if your total sales for the 24 hours are not $0.


Who receives the email reports?

  • All admin emails are included by default.

  • You can add additional email addresses if you’d like more people to receive the report.

This is useful for sharing daily performance with partners, managers, or accountants.
Important: Unless an email is included in the list, they should not receive the report.


What information is included in the email?

Each Daily Sales Email Report includes:

  • Start and end time of the reporting period

  • Total sales (excluding cancelled orders)

  • Online store sales

  • POS sales

  • QR code ordering sales

  • Number of orders

  • Average order value

At the bottom of the email, you’ll also find a direct link to the Email Report Settings page in your dashboard for quick access and a button to view the orders.

Why didn’t I receive an email report today?

  • If your total sales for the previous 24-hour period were $0, the email report will not be sent.

Which timezone is used for the report?

  • Reports are generated based on your shop’s timezone.

Can I add non-admin emails as recipients?

  • Yes. While all admin emails are included by default, you can add any additional email addresses in the Email Report Settings.

Can I change the report schedule later?

  • Yes. You can update the schedule and recipients anytime from Analytics → Email Report Settings.
