Sharing a product link is useful when:

  • A customer asks about a specific product

  • You want to promote one item on social media

  • You’re sending a quick checkout link via chat or email

This helps customers check out faster and increases the chance of completing the order.


How to share a product link

  1. Log in to your Cococart Admin Dashboard

  2. Click Products from the top menu.

  3. Select the Product you wish to share. You can see the Product Link on the 2nd row, just below the name.

4. Click the Copy icon on the right and you're good to go 😊

5. Paste the product link anywhere you talk to customers, such as:

  • WhatsApp or Messenger

  • Instagram or Facebook posts

  • Email or SMS

When customers click the link, they’ll land directly on the product page and can add the item to their cart right away.


Tips for better sharing

  • Make sure the product is published (not hidden)

  • Check stock availability before sharing

  • Add a short message or promo when sending the link (for example: “Limited stocks available!”)

Can I share a product link if my shop is closed?
Yes, customers can still view the product. However, they won’t be able to check out until your shop is open.

Will the product link work on mobile?
