Whether you'd like to view all your orders or are looking for a specific one, we've got you covered!
Like your web dashboard, your Cococart POS consolidates all orders made either through your POS or online. This, along with filters, allows you to find or view orders for your convenience easily. Growth and Pro subscribers have access to this feature.
Here's a step-by-step guide:
On your POS, go to More then select Features.
From the menu on the right, move the toggle for Online Orders.
Allow the system to load for a moment to get the data.
Now, head over to your Orders tab. There'll be two tabs at the top that classify the following: Paid and Online orders. Choose which orders you'd like to view.
Paid orders are in-store orders taken using the POS and the QR code ordering. The ones with the blue dollar sign are the orders you're currently trying to fulfill. Once fulfilled, it will show a green check.
Online orders are the ones taken through our Cococart online shop. The ones with the blue dollar sign are the orders you're currently trying to fulfill. Once fulfilled, it will show a green check.
The third option will only appear if Open Tickets is enabled.
Open Ticket orders include open tabs. When turned on, it looks like this:
Your orders will be sorted by latest order date by default, but you can sort them by earliest fulfillment date as well.
Click on Filters if you'd like to further filter orders according to channel, payment method, or order date. Only the Paid and Online tabs have this option.

Alternatively, you can use the search function to look for a specific order by clicking the magnifying glass icon and adding the Order ID.
Take note that you'll have to search for the complete order ID for it to appear.

📝 Pro Tip: If you're accepting manual payments, you can also approve online orders directly from the POS. If you approved the order on the dashboard, just give it a couple of minutes for the orders to sync. 😊
