Whether you'd like to view all your orders or are looking for a specific one, we've got you covered!
Like your web dashboard, your Cococart POS consolidates all orders made either through your POS or online. This, along with filters, allows you to find or view orders for your convenience easily. Growth and Pro subscribers have access to this feature.
Here's a step-by-step guide:
On your POS, Go to More then select Features.
From the menu on the right, move the toggle for Online Orders.
Allow the system to load for a moment to get the data.
Now, head over to your Orders tab. There'll be three tabs at the top that classify the following: Active, Open, and Closed orders. Choose which orders you'd like to view.
Active orders are in-store orders that have been placed, paid for, and approved. They're the orders you're currently trying to fulfill.
Open Tickets orders include open tabs and online orders.
Closed orders are both online and in-store orders that you've canceled, archived, or successfully fulfilled.
Your orders will be sorted by order date by default, but you can sort it by fulfillment date as well.
Click on More Filters if you'd like to further filter orders according to channel, payment method, or order date.
Alternatively, you can use the search function to look for a specific order.
Take note that you'll have to search for the complete order ID for it to appear.
(ex. SEN01)
