Booking Forms let your customers make reservations directly from your online store. With the latest update, you now have more control over which booking forms are active, how they appear on your store, and how you manage them—all from one place.
Accessing Booking Forms
Go to Bookings in your Cococart admin.
Click on the Booking forms tab.
✨ You’ll now see the Booking Forms list displayed directly below the tabs—no extra subpage needed.
Enabling or Disabling a Booking Form
Each booking form card now includes a toggle.
Toggle ON → Booking form is enabled, and customers can book it.
Toggle OFF → Booking form is disabled and customers cannot book it.
When you change the toggle, you’ll see a confirmation message below the page:
This helps you quickly confirm that your changes were applied.
How Booking Forms Appear on Your Online Store
Cococart automatically uses the status of your booking forms to decide what customers see on your online store (Simple and Pro).
If there is 1 active booking form
The booking button will use the Booking Title as the button text.
Example:
“Table Reservation”, "Book a table."
If there are multiple active booking forms
The booking button will show:
“Make a reservation.”
This keeps things clear and avoids confusion.
If there are no active booking forms
No booking-related button will be shown on your online store.
This is useful if you want to temporarily pause reservations.
Deleting a Booking Form
To delete a booking form:
Click the “…” (more options) icon next to the toggle.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion.
⚠️ Deleting a booking form is permanent and cannot be undone.
