Once customers make bookings on your Cococart storefront, you can manage them from the Bookings tab in your dashboard. This includes viewing booking details, updating status, and handling cancellations.
Here's how you can manage your Bookings:
Step 1: Go to the Bookings tab
From your Cococart dashboard, select Bookings from the top menu.
Here you’ll see a list of all bookings, including:
Date and time of Booking
Customer name
Order/Booking ID
Duration
Number of people
Total (Free if you do not collect a down payment)
Status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
Step 2: View booking details
Click on a booking to see full details:
Step 3: Update booking status
You can update the status of a booking as needed:
Pending – Waiting for approval
Confirmed – Booking is scheduled
Reject – if the booking is cancelled/rejected
Changes will be reflected in the customer’s confirmation email and dashboard (if enabled).
Step 4: Filter and search bookings
You can filter bookings by:
Bookings ID
Date range
Booking status
This makes it easier to manage multiple bookings at once.
