The Bookings timeline gives you a clear overview of all your bookings for the day in a single view. You can quickly see your schedule, check availability, and understand how your bookings are spread across different time slots and services.
Booking types
On the left side of the timeline, you’ll see your booking types listed. Each row represents one booking type or schedule.
This allows you to quickly view:
Which services are booked
How many sessions are happening at the same time
Where there are still open slots
Time slots
Across the top of the timeline are the hours of the day. Bookings appear in the row corresponding to the booking type and at the time they were scheduled.
This layout makes it easy to spot:
Busy periods
Gaps between bookings
Overlapping reservations
Filters
At the top of the page, you can filter what appears in the timeline.
You can search for the dates, the status, and the actions you want to execute.
This helps you focus only on bookings that need attention.
You also have the option to export the Bookings report by clicking the Actions tab:
