The Analytics page plays a crucial role in helping businesses understand their performance, optimize their strategies, and stay competitive in today’s data-driven marketplace.
How Your Sales Are Calculated
We calculate your statistics from all orders started within the selected date interval. This includes all orders with a status of Unpaid, Archived, Refunded, or Cancelled, but excludes orders that have a status of Rejected.
We include all orders from the start of the day of the start date till the end of the day of the end date, based on your shop's timezone. For example, for a shop with a timezone set to Asia/Singapore, the following filter shows the daily orders from 1 August 2026, 00:00:00 GMT+8 to 31 August 2026, 23:59:59 GMT+8.
You can now choose to view your statistics by day, week, month, or channel. You can also exclude pending orders from the data to get a more accurate view of your performance.
How do I interpret data on the Analytics tab?

🚩 Limitations:
The figures should be compared based on the order dates as filtered in the order dashboard.
The analytics page displays orders across all active channels. Future updates will include filters for online, in-store, or combined orders.
The system is currently unable to generate downloadable reports in Excel and CSV formats for analytics.
