How do I use the 24-hour time format?

Display times in either 12-hour (AM/PM) or 24-hour format throughout your Cococart dashboard.

Display times in 24-hour format

By default, Cococart displays times using the 12-hour (AM/PM) format.

If you prefer military time or operate in a region where the 24-hour clock is commonly used, you can enable the 24-hour time setting. Once enabled, supported areas of your workspace will display times using the 24-hour format.



How to enable the 24-hour time format

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select General.

  3. Under Store details, scroll to Timezone.

  4. Turn on the 24-hour time toggle.

  5. Click Save.

Note: This setting is turned off by default for all workspaces.


Where will the 24-hour format appear?

After enabling the setting, the 24-hour format will be applied across supported areas of Cococart, including:

  • Online Store (all storefront themes)

  • QR Code storefront

  • Bookings

  • Admin Dashboard

  • Orders page

  • Earnings page

  • Order Details

  • Fulfillment time slots

  • Order notification emails

  • Analytics email reports

  • CRM

  • CSV exports

  • Other supported pages that display dates and times

Existing orders will also be updated to display the selected time format.


FAQs

Does this change my store's timezone?

No. The Timezone determines which timezone your shop uses. The 24-hour time setting only changes how times are displayed.

Will my customers see the 24-hour format?

Yes. Supported customer-facing pages, such as your online store, booking pages, and emails, will display times using the selected format.

Will this affect existing orders?

Yes. Existing and future orders will both display using your selected time format.

Can I switch back to the 12-hour format?

Yes. Simply turn off the 24-hour time toggle and save your changes.
