To change your account's email address, follow these steps:
Visit your Account settings.
Update your current email address with your new email address.
🌟 Pro-tip: Please add your own name instead of your shop's name, so we know how to address you when you reach out to us! 😉
Click Save.
IMPORTANT:
If you're no longer using the email address you replaced, please update the email that will appear on the receipt for every order. This email will be used by the customers to reach out to you:
Here's how you can change your contact details:
Go to your shop's General Settings
Scroll down and select WhatsApp & contact info.
Change your contact info to the updated email address you prefer.
Don't forget to hit Save.
