How do I change my email address?

Here's how you can update the email address where you receive all notifications about your shop!

To change your account's email address, follow these steps:

  1. Visit your Account settings.
    โ€‹

  2. Update your current email address with your new email address.
    โ€‹
    โ€‹๐ŸŒŸ Pro-tip: Please add your own name instead of your shop's name, so we know how to address you when you reach out to us! ๐Ÿ˜‰
    โ€‹

  3. Click Save.
    โ€‹


IMPORTANT:

If you're no longer using the email address you replaced, please update the email that will appear on the receipt for every order. This email will be used by the customers to reach out to you:

Here's how you can change your contact details:

  1. Go to your shop'sย General Settings
    โ€‹

  2. Scroll down and selectย WhatsApp & contact info.
    โ€‹

  3. Change your contact info to the updated email address you prefer.
    โ€‹

  4. Don't forget to hit Save.


If you're unable to log into your account, there may be a typo in the email address you signed up with. Please reach out to us at [email protected], so we can help you correct your email address. ๐Ÿ˜Š
