Here's how to set delivery time slots on your dashboard:
Go to your admin dashboard and head to the Fulfillment settings page
Select Time slots
You can select between applying the time slots to Pickup or Delivery methods:
Add your desired hours accordingly. The time slots that will appear in your shop will depend on the length you set, starting from the time you first set, and ending at the last hour. If this is your pickup/delivery hours:
Then this is how the time slots will appear in your shop:
NOTE: Since the last option is 6:00PM, the last slot available in your shop is 5:45PM since the length you set is 15 minutes.
Only for Pickup orders:
You can also set a lead time — which is the time between the placement of an order and the actual delivery, providing a crucial timeframe for you to prepare, process, and fulfill customer requests.
Click Save.
Important note:
Your delivery/pickup slots will be unavailable if you turn on your time slots. Instead, you can limit the number of orders per time slot by toggling on "Limit orders". Otherwise, you can turn off your time slots and enable delivery and pickup slots here.
