Everything in this article is related to managing your settings in your Calendar. You'll learn how to properly optimize your shop's Calendar settings according to how you want to accept and manage your orders! 🤩

How to Use Your Calendar

  1. Head to your Fulfillment settings, and toggle on "Fulfillment dates". This will activate your Calendar, which you will see beside the Fulfillment tab.

  2. You can choose between setting your available dates or leaving your calendar dates open if you're taking orders every day.

    1. Set Available Dates

Toggle on "Set available dates" and choose the date you want to start accepting orders. You can also set an end date if you're only accepting orders up to a certain date.

    2. Leave Your Dates Open

If you choose this option, dates up to 3 months from the current date will be shown in your shop.

This is how the dates in your shop will look. For example, if you're in the last week of June, the dates will show up to the whole month of August.

    3. Manually open or block individual dates

If you're only available for certain days of the week, you can choose this option. For example, you only take orders from Fridays to Sundays, choose the dates individually, and set them as "Open for orders".

You'll have to block the full month/s first and click save before you can choose the dates you want to accept orders.

  3. Set the number of days your customers need to place their orders in advance. The cut-off date is similar to a lead time. For example, you need at least 2 days prior to the fulfillment date to complete the order, so set the cut-off date to 2 days.

From here, you can also set a cutoff time for your customers can place an order. For instance, your customer wants to order on a Friday. The maximum time your customer can place an order is Tuesday at 12PM.

  4. Always remember to hit Save. 😉

Important Note:

  • If you're still seeing today's date in your shopfront even though you've set a cut-off date, it means you didn't apply it to your pickup methods. All you need to do is toggle on "Apply to pickup methods" so today's date doesn't appear in your shop.

What else can you do in your Calendar?

Manage Your Fulfillment Slots

  1. Click on the date/s you want to manage.

  2. Toggle on "Limit delivery/pickup slots", and set the number of slots you want to open per Fulfillment method.

  3. Don't forget to hit Save!

💡 Pro Tips:

  • Set an end date carefully—once it passes, customers won’t see any future availability unless you update it.

  • Want to accept ongoing orders? Keep your end date extended or open-ended to avoid missed sales.

  • Unlimited stock? Leave inventory blank. Not accepting orders? Set inventory to “0.”

  • We’re working on weekly/monthly inventory features—stay tuned!

  • When customers check out, inventory is held for 30 minutes. If unpaid, it’s auto-canceled and restocked—so no need to worry!
