Here's why your shop might say "Closed" in the live preview

If you're seeing that your shop isn't live yet, here are a few things you can check:

For new sign-ups: You haven't subscribed to any plan yet

New sign-ups from Singapore, Philippines, United States, and Canada will need to choose from any of our premium plans to continue selling on Cococart. You'll see a banner at the top of your dashboard saying your trial has expired:


There are no active products

If you have products on your shop or may have recently set products inactive, check that at least one has been toggled on in your Products page:


The active products are not in any existing category

If you've set up Categories for your products, be sure that all Active products belong to at least one Category.

Empty Categories are not shown on your shop, even if all products are set to Active.


All dates are blocked on the Calendar dashboard

If you've enabled the Fulfillment dates for your shop, be sure to check that you didn't block all the dates in your Calendar:
