Analytics pages play a crucial role in helping businesses understand their performance, optimize their strategies, and stay competitive in today's data-driven marketplace.

How Your Sales Are Calculated

We calculate your statistics from all orders started within the selected date interval. This includes all orders with a status of Unpaid, Archived, Refunded, or Cancelled, but excludes orders which have a status of Rejected.

We include all orders from the start of the day of the start date till the end of the day of the end date, based on your shop's timezone. For example, for a shop with a timezone set to Asia/Singapore, the following filter shows the daily orders from 1 May 2023, 00:00:00 GMT+8 to 31 May 2023, 23:59:59 GMT+8.

Each data point on the charts corresponds to the day, week, or month starting from that date. For example, the shop below made $788.18 in sales from 9 orders for the entire week of 29 May 2023 to 4 June 2023.
