Changes your mind? Here's how you can update your selected plan!

Your Membership page is where you can choose your subscription to fit your store’s needs.

Update Your Subscription

  1. In your Membership page, click on "Manage my subscription"

  2. Click on "Update plan" beside your current plan


    NOTE: If you currently have a Custom Domain subscription, please make sure you're making changes to your premium plan, and not your subscription plan. Should you make changes to your Custom Domain subscription, there will be 2 subscriptions on your account which may result to some features being inaccessible to you.

  3. You'll then be led to a page where you can choose the plan you'd like to be on

  4. When selecting your plan, make sure to check whether you've selected an annual or a monthly plan before clicking on "Continue"


    NOTE: If you're upgrading in the middle of your current billing cycle, you'll be upgraded immediately and charged a pro-rated rate of the upgrade.

  5. Click on "Confirm" then that's it! Your premium subscription's been updated, and you can proceed with using the premium features available for your chosen plan. 🥳

NOTE:

  • ​If you're unable to manage your subscription details in your dashboard, please reach out to use through the chatbot and choose "Billing and Subscriptions".
