We completely understand the significance of downloading a subscription receipt. It's not just a piece of paper — it's your assurance of a successful transaction and a tangible record of your commitment to our platform, here's how you can download yours:
Head to your Subscription Page and click on "Manage Plan". You'll be redirected to this payment page:
Scroll down to the "Invoice History" section
Click on the new tab icon beside the date of the invoice you want to download
You'll be led to this page where you can either download an invoice or a receipt
