We’re here to guide you through the improvements we have applied to the Earnings Page to help you monitor and review previous transactions.
From your Orders page, head over to the Earnings page.
The Transactions column will show the number of orders included in that payout.
The Amount column will show the net amount you earned for that transaction excluding the fees.
The Payout date is when you can expect the payout to be processed for release. Note that this isn't the exact date you'll be receiving the payout in your bank account or e-wallet.
The last column will show the Status of the payouts:
Sending: The payout is on its way to you.
Sent: The payout is released and should be available in your nominated payout account.
Important note:
Starting December 2023, you can only view up to the past 3 months of your released payouts. Should you need access to the ones processed earlier than that, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
