We’ve enhanced our system for merchants in the Philippines who accept credit/debit card payments, BancNet transfers, and GCash. By partnering with Xendit, we’re making the payment experience even smoother—something your customers will love!
With Xendit, accepting payments is simpler and more convenient than ever. 🚀
What do you need to do?
The Xendit banner will only show up for Cococart users who are currently using credit/debit cards, and automated Bancnet / GCash payments. You can check your Payments Page to see the prompt "Finish Setup" :
Once you click "Finish Setup", please fill out the details as requested. To continue accepting automated payments through Cococart, you'll need to have a registered business (at least a sole proprietorship). If you haven’t set yours up yet, now’s the perfect time to do so! 😊
Once you've submitted the form, you’ll see a pending status on the banner. Don’t forget to complete the second step by adding your payout details. The application process typically takes 3 to 5 business days, so hang tight—we’ll keep you posted!
How will you know if the set-up is completed?
Upon successful application, the banners will no longer be visible. We will also notify you via email once the onboarding is complete.
How will this affect your customers?
This update won’t change how your customers pay at checkout—it simply improves how you receive payments for their purchases. 😊
NOTE: If you are a merchant who isn't currently accepting card and automated GCash payments and now deciding to enable them to try Xendit, the banner for the setup will only appear after you have nominated your payout details.
