A well-designed, personalized receipt can make each purchase feel special and engaging. From adding your logo to including thank-you notes or special offers, a customized receipt can leave a lasting impression.

Here's how you can create a professional, standout receipt that will both elevate your brand and resonate with your customers:

  1. Go to the Hardware menu by clicking More.

  2. Click the Printer settings and scroll down to see the Receipt options.

3. Customize the fields based on your business needs.

Logo: The default logo of your shop is the same as the shopfront logo on the dashboard. You can update that by going to the General Settings.

Header: A typical header of a receipt includes key details such as:

  • Store Address

  • Contact Information (phone number, email, website)

  • Business registration number/s (if any)

This section sets the tone for the receipt, reflecting the brand identity and providing essential information.

Footer: A typical footer of a receipt often includes:

  • Thank-You Message (e.g., "Thank you for your purchase!")

  • Return/Exchange Policy (brief guidelines or a link for more details)

  • Special Offers or Promotions (coupons, discounts on the next purchase)

  • Social Media Links (to encourage follow or engagement)

  • Survey Invitation (feedback or reviews with possible rewards)

The footer provides an opportunity to add value, encourage repeat business, and engage with customers beyond the transaction.

🚩 Limitations

  • Cococart POS Receipts may not be recognized as official tax receipts in certain countries, meaning they may not be valid for tax claims or reporting purposes. Please check local regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Orders taken via QR Code Ordering are not automatically printed. They have to be manually printed out by clicking the Print button.
