Need to revisit orders from your archived list? No worries! Recovering it is quick and straightforward. Just follow these steps to find and restore your orders for easy access.
Access the archive folder to recover
Go to the Orders Page.
Look for the Filter with the default value Active. Click the drop-down and select Archived to view the folder.
Inside the folder, select the item(s) you want to restore. To restore a specific order, you can either click the Restore button or choose the Restore option from the drop-down menu.
To restore multiple orders at once, select all the item(s) you want to recover. Then, click the Actions button and choose Restore.
🚩 Limitations:
The option of archiving orders cannot be disabled.
Archived orders are included in the Analytics.
Your order history is important and can't be erased; instead, it can be archived for easy access later.
