We understand—not every seller has a registered business, and not everyone is comfortable sharing business details. You're not alone, and we're here to support you. 💛

With our new payment partner, Xendit, payouts now require a verified business entity—such as a sole proprietorship—as part of their Know Your Customer (KYC) process. It enables our merchants to accept automated GCash and Credit Card payments.

What if I don’t have a registered business or prefer not to share business info?

Just to clarify, Xendit onboarding is not mandatory.

If you’d prefer not to go through the Xendit verification process or don’t have a registered business, that’s completely okay.

You can continue selling and receiving payments by collecting payments manually.
