All you need is a PayPal account with a PayPal-supported currency. To view the latest list of countries and currencies supported by PayPal here.
Automated payments allow customers to pay you via credit/debit card, Venmo, or PayPal transfer with payments verified instantly. Payments are added directly to your PayPal balance. You can confidently fulfill orders knowing that payment has been made, without having to check your PayPal account for each payment.

How do I set up automated payments via PayPal?
Head to your Payments settings and enable Automated payments under PayPal; then click on Connect PayPal account.
A small window will open up so you can log in to your PayPal account and type in your password in the succeeding screen:
This feature is available for both Personal and Business PayPal accounts. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you'll be asked to create one.

Follow the rest of the steps to authorize your PayPal account for Cococart. Kindly read the Terms and Conditions before clicking on "Agree and Connect"
You can start receiving payments straight to your PayPal account (no need for payouts!) after verifying your email address.
If at any time you need to unlink your PayPal account, simply click the Disconnect PayPal account button in your payment settings.
How will my customers pay?
Customers will then be able to select PayPal as a payment method on your store.
On the order review page, customers click the PayPal Checkout button to pay on their browser or to be redirected to the PayPal mobile app. Even if they do not have a PayPal account, they can pay with a credit or debit card.
Important Note:
Each payment via PayPal Checkout will incur transaction fees of PayPal fees plus a 0.5% platform fee.
