If a customer reaches out saying they didn’t receive their Cococart receipt, don’t worry — here’s how you can help them out:
Step 1: Ask them to check their email inbox and spam folders
Receipts are automatically sent to the email address they entered at checkout. Suggest they:
Search for keywords like “Cococart”, “receipt”, or your shop name
Check their Spam, Promotions, or Other folders in case it was filtered
Step 2: Resend the email or confirm the order details yourself
If they still can’t find it but provided the correct email information, you can:
Look up their order on your Orders Page
Resend the order confirmation or provide the details they need by clicking the receipt icon
To change their email, click Edit to modify the order details. You'll be prompted to re-send a receipt after clicking Save.
Step 3: Reach out to Cococart Support to check for email delivery issues
If your customer still isn’t receiving their receipt, contact our Support Team at [email protected] to check if there are any email blocks, suppressions, or delivery issues that might be affecting receipt emails. We’ll help investigate and resolve it.

Encourage customers to screenshot the checkout confirmation page after placing an order in the future. It includes their order number and info.
