Promo codes are valid only for customers who do not currently have an active premium subscription. If you already have an active subscription, you will need to wait until it expires or cancel it before applying a promo code to a new subscription.
During sign-up:
Select any of our plans for your trial.
At the bottom of the annual billing, click the Add promotion code link.
Enter the code and click Apply.
The discount will then be applied to the total. You can proceed by adding your credit card details at the bottom of the screen.

For existing merchants who were not able to use their discount codes upon sign-up, please contact our team on how you can apply it on the next billing cycle. We are happy to help!
