How do I enable the Lalamove integration?

Here's a quick tutorial on how to set up Lalamove for your account!

Before setting up the integration, make sure you have the following:

✅ A Cococart Growth or Pro subscription
✅ A Lalamove Corporate Account (not a personal account) with at least ₱1,000 balance. Your Lalamove wallet will be used to pay for deliveries, so make sure to top up directly in the Lalamove app as needed.
✅ Your pickup address is listed and searchable on Google Maps
✅ At least one order in your Cococart dashboard (for testing)

💡 Don’t have a corporate account yet?
You can sign up on Lalamove’s website. You don’t need to be a registered business entity — just a verified corporate account for API access.

How do I connect my Lalamove corporate account to Cococart?

  1. Head to your Cococart Orders page

  2. Select an existing delivery order, then click on the Lalamove icon:


    IMPORTANT:

    - If there aren't any existing orders in your dashboard yet, please place a test delivery order in your shop using a manual payment method.

    - The delivery icon will not appear for orders with pickup as the selected fulfillment method.

  3. A prompt asking for your pickup address will appear. Key in your address that's registered on Google Maps, as it's needed for the automatic bookings:

    Please ensure that the address registered on Google Maps is the correct pick-up point. You might need to reconfigure if you pinned it in the wrong place. 

  4. Click on next, then fill up the request form with your correct details:

  5. Once you've submitted the request form, a Lalamove representative will reach out to you with instructions within 14 business days. Kindly fulfill the requirements as soon as you receive their email, so we they can send us the necessary keys to set up the Lalamove integration in your account.

  6. As soon as we receive the needed keys, we'll finish the setup on our end immediately, and we will reach out to you via email to let you know if it's ready to use! 🤩`


Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to set up a corporate account with Lalamove? Can't I just use a personal account?

  • Lalamove only supports third-party integrations for corporate accounts. Don't worry, you do not need a registered corporate entity.

Can I apply coupons in my Lalamove account when making delivery bookings through Cococart?

  • Lalamove currently does not support third-party sites making bookings with coupons. If you'd like to use a promo code on a booking, please make it in your Lalamove dashboard.

Can I make smaller top-up amounts to my Lalamove corporate account?

  • Lalamove, unfortunately, has higher top-up amounts for corporate accounts, which cannot be customized.

Why isn't the Lalamove icon showing up on my Orders page?

  • Make sure you’re on a Growth or Pro plan.

  • Ensure you have at least one order in your Orders page.

  • Refresh your page or log out/in again.

It’s been more than 14 business days, and I haven’t received my keys. What should I do?

  • Check your spam/junk folder for emails from Lalamove.

  • You can follow up directly with your Lalamove representative or email us at [email protected] so we can assist.

My address can’t be found during booking. Why is it pointing somewhere else?

  • Verify that your pickup address is properly listed on Google Maps.

  • If not, you can add it manually on Google Maps or use a nearby pinned location.
