How do I view the POS Analytics Page?

Analytics is essential for any business, especially when managing a Point of Sale (POS) system. This guide walks you through the analytics feature for the Cococart POS, available exclusively on tablets. Here, you’ll find reports that track the items purchased through your POS, helping you gain valuable insights into your sales.

You can view the Analytics Page by opening the POS App and clicking More
The Analytics tab can be found on the upper left side of the screen. 


How can I check the total sales?

  1. Select the dates that you wish to cover. Click Confirm.

  2. The total sales will appear including the average order size. Please allow 30 minutes for new orders to appear.

  3. At the bottom of the screen, you can see the Sales Breakdown. You can use the filter to show the sales made in a particular timeframe as well.


How can I check the total number of units sold for a product?

  1. Select the dates that you wish to cover.

  2. Click Confirm and see the number of units sold for each product.


How can I see the total number of orders for each payment method?

  1. Select the dates that you wish to cover.

  2. Click Confirm and see the number of orders using each payment method and their total earnings.



How can I see the total number of orders by fulfillment?

  1. Select the dates that you wish to cover and click Confirm.

You will now see the total orders taken and fulfilled per type, including their total earnings.

🚩 Limitation:

The system is currently unable to generate downloadable reports in Excel and CSV formats for analytics.
