To ensure prompt order processing and fulfillment, we build a notification center so you won't miss out on anything! Staying informed about new orders to track sales performance, manage workloads, and optimize overall business operations. πŸš€

Enable Browser Notifications

  1. Head to your General settingsΒ and scroll down to Notifications & Private mode.

  2. Then, enable Browser notifications.

  3. Click Save.

Allow Browser Notifications

Depending on your browser, you should receive a prompt asking if you'd like to allow notifications from cococart.co. Select "Allow" to receive notifications.

Here's what it looks like on Chrome, which displays a prompt on the top left corner of your screen:

Should you block the notifications, you'll get this message when you try to enable it on your dashboard:

If you didn't receive this prompt, try the following:

  • Disable the "Browser notifications" option and click the Save button, then re-enable it.

  • If you are using Chrome, click on the icon on the left of the address bar.

Dashboard Notifications

We just created a new feature where you'll get notifications right on your dashboard!

You can choose what kind of notifications you'll be receiving:

  • New Bookings

  • New In-store Orders

  • New Orders

  • Upcoming Payouts

You will now be notified of every new order that comes in. 😊
